Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging, creative, and relevant content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms.

Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels to engage with the audience and build community.

Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly or monthly reports on engagement, growth, and trends.

Research: Stay up to date on current social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms.

Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, giveaways, and promotions.

Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a similar field.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Hootsuite).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A passion for social media, digital marketing, and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in social media management or marketing.

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Instagram Insights.

Knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
