4. Market & Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, competitor strategies, and new features on each platform. Share insights with the team and suggest ideas to enhance engagement.
5. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rates and follower growth, and prepare reports to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
6. Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with the team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
