Ghosting Web Tech Pvt Ltd is a dynamic digital marketing and IT company specializing in comprehensive digital solutions for businesses. We are currently looking for a Social Media Intern who is enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and report on engagement, growth, and trends.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and assist in managing online community interactions.
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies to propose content ideas and social media strategies.
• Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content initiatives.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics and media.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements :

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics tools (such as Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Knowledge of influencer collaborations is a plus.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is an advantage.
