Role Description

Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Assist in managing the company\'s social media channels and presence, including scheduling posts, responding to followers, and engaging with industry influencers.
Monitor social media analytics to identify viable ideas and trends.
Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
