Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and trend-savvy Social Media Influencer to join our team and represent our brand or collaborate with our clients' brands. As an influencer, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and fostering a strong connection with your audience across various social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of online culture, trends, and digital marketing strategies, as well as the ability to engage with audiences authentically and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and shareable content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others, aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Brand Promotion: Collaborate with our in-house creative and marketing teams, as well as external clients, to promote brand campaigns, products, or services authentically and creatively.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and other forms of interaction to build a loyal community.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates to keep content relevant and innovative.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor the performance of your content (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.) and provide regular reports to optimize future campaigns.
• Collaborations: Partner with fellow influencers, content creators, and brands to increase reach and foster cross-promotion opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure all content complies with social media guidelines, copyright laws, and FTC regulations for sponsored posts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a social media influencer or a strong presence on key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to produce high-quality digital content.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and online culture.
• Ability to work with marketing teams and adapt content for brand-specific needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with content planning, scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite), and basic photo/video editing is a plus.
• Portfolio of previous influencer work, brand collaborations, or digital campaigns.

• Familiarity with analytics tools to track content performance (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics).
