Real Estate Content Creator (Only Female)

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to create, manage, and promote engaging video content for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, knowledge of social media trends, and a passion for crafting high-quality visuals that resonate with audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Produce high-quality videos, reels, and other visual content showcasing homes, plots, and buildings.
• Highlight unique features of each project to appeal to potential buyers and investors.
• Create trending, shareable, and engaging short-form video content to boost visibility.
• Content Strategy & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated with the latest trends on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Integrate popular trends and themes into content to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop new content ideas in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Promotion & Social Media Management:
• Promote properties effectively across various platforms, ensuring maximum visibility.
• Optimize content for platform-specific algorithms to drive engagement and follower growth.
• Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
• On-site Content Creation:
• Visit project locations to shoot professional and engaging reels/videos.
• Capture live tours, customer testimonials, and property highlights.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align content with business goals.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaigns and ideas to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools).
• Experience in creating and editing short-form videos for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas consistently.
• Basic photography/videography skills (use of camera, lighting, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
