Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from users.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content calendars, campaigns, and promotions to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform social media strategies and content development.
Content Creation:
Assist in creating and editing visual content, including graphics, videos, and GIFs, to support social media campaigns and initiatives.
Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements to effectively communicate brand messaging and promotions.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions, using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
Make data-driven recommendations and optimizations to improve social media performance and ROI.
Community Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates by engaging in conversations, responding to feedback, and building a strong online community.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to amplify brand reach and engagement on social media.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
Strong passion for social media and digital marketing, with knowledge of popular social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and social media management platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics and analytics to drive insights and decision-making.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
