The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's online presence across various social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook. This role involves running targeted ads, creating engaging content, and managing reviews to ensure a positive and consistent brand image. The candidate should have a knack for crafting creative reels, posts, and advertisements tailored to various occasions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Manage daily postings, updates, and interactions on Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Advertisement Campaigns:
• Create, run, and monitor targeted ad campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Optimize ad budgets to ensure the best ROI.
• Content Creation:
• Develop creative and visually appealing posts, reels, and stories to engage audiences.
• Collaborate with the design team for graphics and video content.
• Engagement and Community Management:
• Respond to customer queries and comments promptly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with the audience through meaningful interactions.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Suggest strategies for improvement based on data-driven insights.
• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and strategies.
• Implement innovative ideas to keep the brand's online presence fresh and appealing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Handler or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook platforms.
• Proficiency in social media advertising tools and analytics.
• Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
