About Us: We are a women ethnic fashion brand looking for a Social Media Handler. : We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Handler to manage and respond to queries and leads from our Instagram and Facebook accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with our audience, addressing their questions and concerns, and converting them into satisfied customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and a knack for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage incoming messages and comments on Instagram and Facebook.
Respond promptly and professionally to queries, comments, and leads.
Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate information about our products/services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
Maintain a positive and consistent brand voice across all interactions.
Track and report on social media engagement and conversion metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Handler, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of converting leads into customers.
Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferably someone who stays within 30 mins distance from Naraina, New Delhi.
