Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines the responsibilities of managing social media platforms with creating high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both social media strategy and graphic design, with a strong ability to craft visually appealing and engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to drive engagement and growth across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
• Plan, create, and schedule posts, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and trends.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community to build relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
2. Graphic Design
• Design and produce eye-catching graphics for digital use, including social media posts, banners, ads, and stories.
• Create visual assets for marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Design branding elements, including logos, infographics, and templates.
• Edit photos and videos to enhance content quality for social media and other channels.
3. Content Ideation & Creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
• Stay updated on social media trends, pop culture, and emerging design practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, or short videos for enhanced storytelling.
4. Brand Consistency
• Ensure all social media and graphic design work is consistent with the company's branding and messaging.
• Maintain brand guidelines and propose updates or improvements when necessary.
5. Campaign Support
• Assist in developing digital advertising campaigns, including visual assets and messaging.
• Work closely with the team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in social media management and graphic design (portfolio required).
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva or Figma.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Understanding of social media analytics and SEO strategies is a plus.
