Job Summary: The Social Media Expert will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, skilled communicator, and adept at analyzing data to optimize content and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with overall business and marketing goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and expand our online community.
• Content Creation:
• Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Community Management:
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across all social media channels.
• Foster and maintain strong community engagement, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and performance.
• Use data insights to inform content strategy and make recommendations for improvements.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and impact.
• Trend Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Implement innovative strategies to keep the company ahead of industry trends and competitors.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service to support broader company initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on social media best practices and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
• Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
