Job Summary: The Social Media Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, analytics, and the latest trends and technologies in social media.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and marketing objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) that engages and informs our audience. Proficiency in Marathi language and creating and managing Marathi content is required.
• Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve desired KPIs and ROI.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
• Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises professionally and promptly to protect and enhance the company's reputation.
