Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Associate

with graphic design expertise to manage our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in tools like

Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva

and have a passion for crafting visually compelling content. This role requires a blend of creativity, social media knowledge, and technical design skills to enhance engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

Content Creation:

Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other creative content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Video Editing:

Create and edit short-form videos for social media engagement.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and messaging.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies for better engagement.

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms to build a strong online community.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and design innovations to keep content fresh and engaging.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in social media management and graphic design. Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Canva

(Illustrator and Premiere Pro are a plus). Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies. Ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts, banners, and ads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. Experience in video editing and animation is a plus. Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
