Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Kolkata (Lead Height)

Salary Range: ?10,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and building a strong online presence for the brand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and social media platforms to make an impact and grow within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
• Analyse and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work on paid social media campaigns and ads when required.
• Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is an advantage.
