As a Social Media Executive at Matri, you will play a key role in building and executing our digital presence across platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and Facebook. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and create targeted, impactful reels and content that resonate with our community. We're looking for someone who is passionate about social media trends, data analysis, and creative storytelling to drive our brand forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and apply insights to enhance content engagement and relevancy.
• Brand Strategy: Assist in developing and refining the Matri brand voice across social platforms to attract and engage our target audience.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for Instagram and Facebook, including storyboards, reels, carousels, and interactive posts.
• Ad Campaigns: Execute and optimize Instagram and Facebook ads for maximum reach and engagement, using performance data to enhance targeting.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify industry trends, assess potential gaps, and refine our approach.
• Storytelling & Execution: Develop compelling storylines that communicate the brand's mission, product benefits, and customer experience.
• Reel Development: Plan, create, and edit high-quality reels that engage our audience and increase viewership and shareability.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, follower growth) to understand audience behavior and identify improvement areas.
• Brainstorming Sessions: Collaborate with the marketing team for brainstorming sessions to explore new content ideas, campaigns, and strategies for brand growth.
• Trend Improvement: Continuously seek out new ways to capitalize on trending topics, challenges, and formats that can boost reach and engagement.
