Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our FMCG/CPG clients across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and ad copy, tailored to each client's brand and target audience.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
- Facebook Marketing:
- Plan and execute Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for FMCG/CPG products.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel for tracking and optimizing ad performance.
- Instagram Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow clients' Instagram followings and engagement.
- Create visually appealing posts and stories that align with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.
- Google Marketing (SEO & SEM):
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings for FMCG/CPG clients.
- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize ad spend and achieve marketing objectives.
- Analytics and Optimization:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance for FMCG/CPG campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Enhance conversion rates and click-through rates (CTR) by making data-driven decisions.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality graphics and visuals for social media campaigns.
- Write compelling and persuasive ad copy to engage audiences and drive conversions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically for Ecommerce,FMCG/CPG products.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Pixel and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and ability to create engaging ad copy.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus.
