Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
Crown33, a leading digital experience agency, is seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our clients' social media presence across various platforms, developing engaging content, and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement and grow their online communities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve clients' marketing objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Create compelling and engaging content, including copywriting, graphics, and videos, tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions to build community and drive engagement.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into client strategies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
