Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team in Vapi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things social media, a keen understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to craft engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage and execute social media campaigns effectively.

Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Community Management
- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns.
Platform Management
- Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach.
Campaign Execution
- Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor social media KPIs and analyze data to measure the success of campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Research and Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Threads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
