•As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms. With over 3 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in social media management, Google and Facebook ads, Canva, and proficiency in both English and Hindi to drive organic growth and engagement. •Key Responsibilities : •
• •Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms.•

• •Manage social media accounts, including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.•
• •Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook, optimizing ad performance and targeting to maximize ROI.•
• •Utilize Canva and other design tools to create visually appealing and shareable content that aligns with brand guidelines.•
• •Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to engage with diverse audiences and expand our reach.•
• •Leverage LinkedIn for business networking, lead generation, and content distribution to key stakeholders.•
• •Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences.•

•Qualifications and Experience: •
• •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.•
• •Minimum 0.6- 1 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation, community management, and paid advertising.•
• •Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.•
• •Strong graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools, with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.•
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.•
