Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategies to meet brand goals and increase engagement.
• Manage social media accounts by posting, scheduling, and updating content across all platforms.
• Create engaging content including text, images, and videos for various social media channels.
• Monitor social media activity by tracking comments, messages, and mentions, and responding to followers promptly.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage paid advertising by planning and overseeing social media ad campaigns, including budget management and performance optimization.
• Build community relationships by engaging with the audience and managing influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay updated on trends to enhance strategies with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
