Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Executive, who can handle various aspects of digital marketing, including Social Media Management (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and Video Editing. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker, with a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management (SMM):

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster community growth.

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

Optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility and reach.

Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement rates.

Utilize SEO best practices to improve content discoverability.

Graphic Design:

Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, advertisements, website banners, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Develop and maintain the brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce high-quality designs.

Video Editing:

Create and edit engaging video content for social media, website, and other digital platforms.

Work with various video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce high-quality videos.

Incorporate graphics, animations, and other multimedia elements to enhance video content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing.

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, social media platforms.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• SMM: 1 year (Preferred)
