Roles and Responsibilities:

• The SMO Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing social media marketing strategies across various platforms
• Who can grow social media platform through organic techniques, not any paid advertising
• They aim to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website, and generate leads or sales through social media channels
• Content Creation: Create high-quality and engaging content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats, to share on social media platforms
• Platform Management: Manage and maintain the organization s presence on key social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
• Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
• SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that social media efforts are aligned with search engine optimization strategies
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors social media activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and designers to ensure a consistent brand image and message across all social media channels
