Job Overview:

The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and our brand awareness. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Social Media Strategy:

- Create, implement, and manage a social media strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand awareness.

- Conduct market research to identify new trends and strategies in social media.

- Set specific social media objectives and KPIs to measure success.

2. Content Strategy and Planning:

- Plan and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content.

- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

- Work closely with the content creation team to ensure the content aligns with the overall strategy.

3. Audience Engagement:

- Identify and engage with target audiences across various social media platforms.

- Develop strategies to increase follower engagement and drive traffic.

- Foster a positive online community and encourage user-generated content.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor, measure, and report on social media metrics to evaluate performance.

- Use data and insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

6. Paid Social Media Campaigns:

- Develop and manage paid social media campaigns.

- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.

- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

- Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.

- Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

- Experience in the Digital Marketing industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
