Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy across various platforms. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for growing our online presence, engaging with our community, and driving brand awareness through innovative social media campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals and brand identity.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to increase engagement, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with followers to build a loyal community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Influencer Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand advocates to amplify reach.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, and implement relevant tactics.
• Brand Voice: Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms, in line with the brand's identity and values.
• Social Listening: Use social listening tools to gather insights on customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2-5 years).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and audience targeting.
• Creative flair with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and basic video editing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize strategy.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies and tools.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and data visualization platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
