Role Overview :
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of Solar Roofs. You will be responsible for content creation, social media management, designing engaging visuals, and running paid ad campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads. This role demands creativity, technical know-how in content production, and a strong understanding of social media advertising.
Key Responsibilities :
• Social Media Strategy : Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with Solar Roofs' business goals.
• Content Creation : Plan and create high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, infographics) tailored to different social media platforms.
• Design : Collaborate with the design team or independently create visually appealing graphics and layouts using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Ad Campaigns : Set up, manage, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
• Content Calendar : Maintain a well-organized content calendar to ensure timely posting and campaign launches.
• Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner to build community engagement and address customer queries.
• Performance Analysis : Track, measure, and analyze the performance of posts, campaigns, and ads using insights and analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and ad management tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to create both written and multimedia content (short videos, infographics, reels)
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and running paid ad campaigns, ideally within the energy or technology sectors.
