Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies: Create comprehensive social media plans aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
• Content creation: Design and produce engaging and original content (text, images, video) tailored to various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Community management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Campaign management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Analytics and reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve performance.
• Trend analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
• Influencer outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and engagement.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ?4,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
