Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry insights to create trendy and relatable content.
• Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to maintain strong audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and create monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with social media platform updates, algorithms, and best practices.
• Identify and engage with influencers for potential collaborations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management tools
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging campaigns.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) to track performance.
• Familiarity with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or CapCut).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
