Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and reels) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions) and prepare reports with insights for improvement.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create compelling social media posts.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
Engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant communities to expand reach.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media management.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and hashtag strategies.
Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
