We are seeking an Social Media to actively engage and support Channel Partners in utilizing our applications effectively. The role involves building strong relationships with partners, ensuring their onboarding and usage of the platform, addressing queries, and providing guidance to enhance their experience and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and build strong relationships with Channel Partners.
• Assist partners with onboarding and effective use of the application.
• Provide training, support, and regular updates on platform features.
• Address partner queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collect feedback to improve the partner experience and suggest enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical details in a simple, engaging manner.
• Prior experience in channel partner management or customer support is a plus.
• Proficiency in using applications and tools for training and engagement.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
