Roles and Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy & Planning: Research and plan social media campaigns by analyzing the latest trends, audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices.
• Account Management: Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, timely posting, and optimal engagement.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the graphics and video production team to get content designed and delivered within deadlines.
• Post Scheduling: Use online scheduling tools to plan and execute social media posts across multiple platforms efficiently.
• Client Communication: Maintain daily communication with clients to discuss content, provide updates, and address feedback.
• Team Coordination: Facilitate international coordination with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and deadlines.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics of social media campaigns and prepare reports to track progress and inform future strategies.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role in the digital marketing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications , or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
