Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with QueenBs brand identity and objectives.
• Create engaging, witty, and shareable content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, etc.).
• Build and maintain a strong online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and fostering engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.
• Identify and partner with influencers to increase brand visibility and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with social media platform updates and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduation
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their target audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with fresh ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
• Passion for the QueenBs brand and target audience.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions.
• Knowledge of photo and video editing software.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
