We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing attractive graphics, posting engaging content across various social media platforms, and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media posts, advertisements, and listings.
• Ensure all graphics align with the brand's aesthetics and message.
• Develop content that highlights our products, promotions, and brand values.
• Content Creation and Posting:
• Develop, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Write compelling and engaging captions to accompany social media posts.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
• KPI Evaluation:
• Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant platforms.
• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and click-through rates.
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Growth and Engagement:
• Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
