Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media management, as well as a strong understanding of current trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic across all relevant platforms.

2. Plan, create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure performance, optimize strategies, and derive actionable insights.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and proactively incorporate them into the strategy.

5. Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive social media strategies that align with overall business goals.

6. Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.

7. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to boost brand visibility and reach.

8. Engage with customers on social media platforms by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.

9. Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns to complement social media efforts.

10. Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in social media strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management, particularly in developing and implementing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.

3. Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics).

4. Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences.

6. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

8. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

9. A deep passion for social media, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per month
