Job Description

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging content across all social media platforms, increasing brand awareness, and helping drive digital growth. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Assist in paid social media campaigns and coordinate with the digital marketing team for promotions. Manage daily posting, monitoring, and audience interactions across all social channels. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align messaging and brand voice. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Monitor analytics, track performance metrics, and generate monthly reports on campaign effectiveness. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build relationships with the online community. Support influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships as needed. Conduct competitor analysis and suggest content improvements or strategy tweaks. Work with influencers to collect high-quality UGC for our clients. Identify and connect with UGC creators & influencers across key international markets (e.g., USA, UK, Australia, etc.). Identify and connect with micro and macro influencers across key international markets (e.g., USA, UK, Australia, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in managing professional social media accounts. Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Basic understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
