Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute effective social media strategies to align with business objectives and target audience.

Content Creation:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

Campaign Management:

Plan and manage social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.

Community Engagement:

Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster relationships and brand loyalty.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs. Use insights to optimize strategies and report performance to stakeholders.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.

Collaborate:

Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to social media and overall marketing efforts.

Brand Voice:

Maintain and enhance the brand's voice and identity across all social media channels.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity. Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies. Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
