• Should be fluent in Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
• Create and put into action through social media strategy that boosts engagement, builds brand exposure, and accomplishes organizational objectives.

• Experience in developing content strategies
• Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Excellent writing skills
• 2+ years of experience
• Passion for music and understanding of the music industry
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure social media performance
• Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• In charge of managing every social media network, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Develop interaction and a sense of community among our followers on social media.
• Find influential people and important opinion leaders in our field, then get in touch with them.
• Produce and select interesting, high-quality content for social media sites, written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies to keep the company ahead in the digital space. Create the content calendar for all social media platforms for all the clients.
• Make sure that the messaging, style, and voice of our brand are all followed in every content.
• Ensure that your social media strategy is consistent across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
• Using analytics tools, analyze social media metrics and performance data to monitor developments, pinpoint areas in need of development, and provide reports on social media performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
• Keep abreast of changes to social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain optimal reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with legal and regulatory guidelines related to social media marketing and ensure compliance in all activities.
