We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness. The Social Media Executive will play a key role in content creation, community management, and performance analysis across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development : Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation : Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Community Management : Monitor, respond to, and engage with the online community to foster relationships and build brand loyalty.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and product launches.
• Analytics and Reporting : Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and relevant.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
• Advertising : Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
