• Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Platform Management:
• Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as applicable.
• Monitor trends and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Community Engagement:
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster and grow an engaged online community.
• Campaign Execution:
• Assist in planning and running social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Staying Updated:
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
