JD FOR SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE:The Social Media Executive (Client Servicing) will be responsible for managing andnurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of digital marketingcampaigns, and driving client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of digitalmarketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multipleclients and projects simultaneously.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients\' business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges.
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies and campaign
objectives. * Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, socialmedia, email marketing, and content marketing. * Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time,within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.Project Management:
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, SEO, PPC, and social media specialists, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on client projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE ;
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client servicing and account management.
  • Preferably 2 years work experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
