We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and creative content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different social media platforms.
• Manage and oversee social media content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and maintain a positive online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Analyze competitors' social media activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with social media management tools and ad platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
