:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about all things digital and has a proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing strategies to drive results. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
