We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & SEO Specialist to enhance our brand's online presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, optimize website content for search engines, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with our brand's vision of purity and tradition.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Manage day-to-day activities across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and post high-quality content, including images, videos, and graphics, tailored to the brand's aesthetics and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

SEO Optimization:

• Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for driving organic traffic.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and headers for SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with content writers to produce SEO-friendly articles, blogs, and landing pages.
• Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine SEO strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and SEO campaigns.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand messaging.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify reach and impact.
• Coordinate with developers and designers for technical and creative requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and SEO strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO principles, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food, health, or wellness industry.
• Knowledge of traditional Indian culture, Ayurveda, and sustainable living.
• Familiarity with paid social media advertising and PPC campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?11,245.16 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
