RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Create and execute the platform strategy in alignment with the overall brand strategy. 2. Plan the social media calendar as per content strategy for each platform and ensure that it is followed through. 3. Creating original content ideas for social media platforms- Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn posts. 4. Writing captions for social media posts- Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (x) and LinkedIn posts. 5. Focus on growing FB and Instagram handles. 6. Take ownership & manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest & Twitter. 7. Creating daily and monthly reports for social media platforms. 8. Identifying trends and platform updates & suggesting content for moment marketing. 9. Identifying and leveraging collaborators and influencers. 10. Discuss, plan and improve on content strategies for various platforms. 11. Reviewing final layouts of creatives and suggesting improvements, if any. 12. Collaborate with other teams/team members to ensure brand consistency and aesthetic. 13. Bring in freelancers, industry experts and vendors to further the efforts where needed. Manage them to ensure the tasks at hand are completed as required and within budget and set deadlines. 14. Handle all media proposals and ensure the terms and conditions of the contract/ agreement are honoured. 15. Compile end-of-month (EOM) reports showing results. 16. Any other work related to social media as per requirement. 17. Delegate tasks to team members and ensure smooth department operations. Essential Experience \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of relevant work experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience of handling Instagram and Facebook for a minimum 2 years. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience of working with vendors. Essential Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Canva/ Adobe or basic knowledge of any design tool. \xe2\x97\x8f Expertise in English & Hindi Language \xe2\x97\x8f Experience of managing social media and YouTube single-handedly. \xe2\x97\x8f Hindi Typing Educational Qualification \xe2\x97\x8f Graduate or Diploma in Marketing/ Journalism/ Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ BBA. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 300,000.00 - 420,000.00 per year Benefits:
