• Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive and interactive community.
• Analytics & Reporting : Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, using insights to recommend improvements.
• Platform Monitoring : Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
