Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Paid Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns, including content creation, ad copywriting, and targeting to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and allocate the social media advertising budget effectively to achieve the best ROI for each campaign.
  • Platform Management: Expertly handle various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms, keeping up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Creative Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visual and written content that resonates with the target audience and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize performance and improve key metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance regularly, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience segmentation and targeting to refine social media campaigns and improve audience engagement.
  • Conversion Optimization: Work with the marketing team to improve the conversion funnel and ensure that social media campaigns drive measurable results.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager with a focus on paid social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising features, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising budgets and achieving positive ROI.
  • Proficient in using social media scheduling and management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and compelling content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
