As a Social Media Executive at OneDay, you will be at the forefront of digital engagement, driving social media strategy and executing campaigns that captivate audiences, elevate brand presence, and achieve measurable results for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in social media platforms and trends, you will collaborate with our creative and account teams to develop innovative content and optimize performance across various digital channels. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience insights, and industry best practices to maximise brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, tailored to each platform\'s unique audience and features.
  • Manage social media accounts for clients, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and community management, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Monitor social media channels and trends, conduct competitive analysis, and leverage social listening tools to identify opportunities, track performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements, that align with social media objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Implement paid social advertising campaigns across platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, budget management, optimization, and performance analysis, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with the community to build brand loyalty, increase engagement, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies, experimenting with new features and formats to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to develop social media reports and presentations, providing insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Contribute to the agency\'s thought leadership initiatives, sharing industry insights, case studies, and best practices through blogs, webinars, and social media channels to position the agency as a leader in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with hands-on experience managing accounts and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Analytics, Hoot-suite, Sprout Social) to track performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy, engage audiences, and communicate ideas effectively across digital channels.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation, demonstrated through a portfolio of social media campaigns and content.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and achieve client objectives.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and build rapport with clients to drive successful outcomes.
