Job Designation: Social Media Executive Location: Andheri West , Mumbai Salary: 40k - 45k ( Depending upon your performance in the interview ) Experience: 3year in social media handling and content creation Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.
- Research and identify target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting
- Manage and maintain the organization\'s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Engage with the online community and foster positive relationships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
- Understanding of different content formats (text, images, videos, infographics).
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Creativity in designing visually appealing content.In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback.
- Ability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
