- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend new strategies for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all social media channels.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and provide regular reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Manage and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
