Job Title: Branding & Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Branding & Social Media Executive to join the SRJ crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring branding strategies and managing social media campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Management:
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with the company's vision.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling brand materials.
• Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
• Content Creation:
• Design and produce content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, that align with branding guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends to incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.
• Community Engagement:
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster a positive online presence.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to enhance the brand's reputation.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine branding strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company's online presence and drive brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA , or a related field.
• Proven work experience in branding, marketing, or social media management (1+ years).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Better understanding of AI and Algorithm.
