Job Description
Position : Social Media Growth Specialist
Location : Indore
Responsibilities :
• Social Media Strategy : Develop and execute strategies across Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Content Creation : Produce high-quality posts, videos, infographics to drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing, sales, HR for consistent cross-channel messaging.
• Analytics & Optimization : Track and optimize campaigns via Google Analytics.
Requirements :
• 2-5 years in digital marketing/social media management.
• Proven success in growth-driven social campaigns.
• Strong branding and content strategy skills.
• Proficient in Canva; experience with Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Instagram Ads a plus.
